Jones All Day Bistro: The Best of Raintree Chef Kalel Chan!




Jones All Day is the grown-up bistro version of the Mr. Jones diner concept and the latest restaurant concept from the Raintree Group in the iconic Serendra neighborhood spot of Chelsea and Motto Motto.

It’s a neighborhood bistro concept featuring the most-craved for dishes paired with the best cocktails, coffees, and shakes for your all-day dining pleasure.

ABOUT


Jones All Day is more than just a restaurant. It’s an all-day dining space that serves scrumptious breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacks, and dinner options.


It’s the perfect place to reunite with loved ones because Jones All Day has something to offer every kind of diner—whether you’re looking forward to family get-togethers with a hearty meal, catching up with friends over wine and tapas, having an intimate night out with your special someone, unwinding with colleagues after a long day at work, or celebrating the weekend with amigas over brunch and mimosas.



It features some of Chef Kalel’s best works as its signature dishes, including Jones Burrata, Pacific Oysters, and the Jones Seafood Tower. Here’s the menu.

It even has a raw bar with the freshest oysters and seafood this side of BGC (available every day), a bakery constantly stocked with mouthwatering items straight out of the oven, and an artisan retail store.



For added safety, reserve one of the nice outdoor seating with lesser crowds in the Serendra side of Bonifacio High Street.

FAVORITES


Sizzling Szechuan NZ Lamb Ribs (₱795). m.cafe style, house frites, minty cucumber onion salad, spiced vinegar

This dish of lamb ribs is a must-order during every visit—perfectly cooked Szechuan style, full of flavor, with a nice crunch and literally sarap to the bones.



Jones Burrata (₱695). roasted pumpkin hummus, pesto, tomatoes, pickled pimientos, rocket, sourdough toast

Loved the pairing of the burrata with hummus in a beautiful colorful presentation. Best to eat a bit of burrata hummus, tomato, and some greens. Sarap nito!




Cauliflower Cream (₱320). dbl smoked bacon, creme fraiche

Creamy soup with a healthy taste of cauliflower. Enjoy each spoon with bits of smoked bacon. Yum!



Steak 10″ stone-fired pizza (₱395). Sweet onion chutney, gorgonzola, rosemary

You can go back all day for this pizza with a good crust, soft middle, and spiced honey that you can add for extra enjoyment.



Mr. Jones Filipino Breakfast (₱350). Mr. Jones famous tapa, garlic rice, 2 cage-free eggs, atchara, fresh orange

Sometimes you just want to hang out at the Serendra piazza and enjoy a good tapsilog with good marinated meat.


RAW



Jones Seafood Tower (₱1,295)oysters, shrimp cocktail, mussles, salmon, tuna & uni sashimi, Cocktel de mariscos, spicy tuna dynamite, fresh citrus, corn tortilla chips, nori, saltine crackers

The best thing to order when meeting up with friends and indulging in healthy raw treats.

You can request to customize your seafood tower if you want more oysters. 🙂



Cocktel de Mariscos (₱595)prawns, fish, squid, bloody maria sauce, fresh lime, cilantro, avocado, corn tortilla chips


A cocktail of seafood with Bloody Mary to pair with your crisp white wine or mimosa.




Shrimp Aguachile (₱320)shrimp, cucumber, red onions, sweet jalapeño sauce, corn tortilla chips

Favorite appetizer of tortilla chips topped with shrimp and sweet yummy Jalapeño sauce.



Thai Crudo (₱320)sambal, white fish, thai basil, kaffir, cilantro, nuco-lime vinaigrette

Raw white fish with Thai-inspired vinaigrette with a bit of sambal and herbs. Indulge!


BAR




Cocktails are one of those things I look forward to when dining in with friends!



Pomelo, Dill & Cucumber (₱295)pomelo cucumber gin, limoncello, fresh dill, j cucumbers, juniper berries, fresh lemon

Loved this gin version with refreshing pomelo and cucumber flavors!



A Real Mimosa (₱450) freshly squeezed orange juice, sparkling cava

A proper mimosa is needed for that perfect Sunday brunch dine in with the fam or barkada.


Clean & Green (₱220)smoothie with mango, spinach, lychees, coconut water

A healthy smoothie of spinach power, sweetness from mango plus lychees, and refreshing coconut water.


SWEETS


Jones Chocolate Cake (₱295)

This will definitely fix your chocolate craving with a big layer of yummy nama chocolate.


“Crispy Brioche” French Toast (₱295)three-berry compote, toasted almonds, creme fraiche

For breakfast dessert, you’ll enjoy this crispy Japanese type of French toast with the right cream, berry toppings and sweetness.


Chocolate Malt (₱295). Mr. Jones diner-style shake served with whipped cream & cherry on top

My kind of shake with 6 scoops of ice cream to enjoy this thick, milky liquid chocolate!


FINAL


This is the kind of bistro the BGC neighborhood should have, with good Sunday breakfast vibes, healthy yummy raw food selection with nice cocktails and wine selection, and awesome comfort food that’s not easy to cook at home and that’s best to enjoy with friends.


Make sure to start with the Jones Burrata, Cauliflower Cream soup, and the Shrimp Aguachile. You can enjoy a Jones Seafood tower paired with gin cocktails, mimosa or a crisp wine. For your main, don’t miss the Sizzling Szechuan NZ Lamb Ribs, and for merienda, the pizzas are perfect. Morning brunch is perfect with the Jones Tapa and French Toast. End with the chocolate cake and milkshake! Budget about ₱500-800/head.


This is the perfect place to dine al fresco in the Bonifacio High Street area because most of the crowd are now concentrated in the BGC Central area and Serendra piazza is quieter these days. Make sure to reserve the outdoor tables specially during the cool Christmas season.
